Terms of Use

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, and all activity performed through your account. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Service

The Super Sales Coach provides call preparation, real-time sales coaching, meeting-context analysis, and post-call review features designed to assist sales professionals during supported Zoom meetings.

The service may use artificial intelligence and automated analysis. Coaching prompts are suggestions, not guarantees of accuracy, sales performance, revenue, legal compliance, or any particular business result. You remain responsible for your statements, decisions, offers, representations, and actions during a meeting.

Zoom Authorization and Third-Party Services

Certain features require you to authorize The Super Sales Coach to connect to your Zoom account. You are responsible for maintaining an eligible Zoom account and complying with Zoom's applicable terms, policies, and settings. Zoom and other third-party services are independent services, and their availability may affect functionality.

You may revoke Zoom authorization at any time through the Zoom App Marketplace or other available controls. Revoking authorization stops future Zoom-connected functionality but does not, by itself, automatically delete your Super Sales Coach account or historical information already stored by us.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate law; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; harass, defraud, impersonate, or deceive others; introduce malware; bypass security controls; reverse engineer the service except where law prohibits such restriction; overload or disrupt the service; scrape or extract data at scale without permission; resell or sublicense the service except under a written agreement; or use the service to develop a competing model or product through systematic extraction of outputs, prompts, or proprietary functionality.

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or legal compliance.

Customer Content and License

You retain ownership of content and business information you submit to the service, subject to rights held by third parties. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide content to the service and to permit the processing described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The service, software, branding, interfaces, workflows, documentation, coaching systems, and related materials are owned by AI GET IT NOW or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Payment

If you purchase a paid plan, fees, billing frequency, trial terms, cancellation rules, and any applicable usage limits will be disclosed at checkout or in an order form. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge amounts due under your selected plan.

We may change pricing prospectively with notice where required. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically delete your account or historical data.

Service Changes and Availability

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Live coaching depends on network connectivity, Zoom availability, permissions, real-time media/transcript availability, third-party services, and supported meeting conditions.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your content, or your failure to obtain required meeting notices or consents.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, security risk, unlawful conduct, or where continued service would create legal or operational risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, exclusive venue for disputes will be the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
