Information We Collect

Account and profile information: We may collect your name, email address, account identifiers, authentication/session information, company or organization name, and account preferences.

Business setup information: You may provide information about your offer, products or services, industry, sales process, target buyers, sales methodology, objection-handling guidance, and other business context used to personalize coaching.

Zoom connection information: When you authorize the app, we receive information needed to connect your Zoom identity to your Super Sales Coach account, such as Zoom user identifiers and basic profile information made available through the scopes you approve. We also maintain authorization credentials necessary to keep the connection active.

Meeting and coaching information: During an enabled coaching session, we may process meeting identifiers, participant/speaker identifiers or display names, real-time transcript text, call-preparation information, coaching prompts, coaching guidance, timestamps, and session status information. The current version of the service is designed to use transcript and real-time meeting signals for coaching and does not intentionally store raw meeting audio or video as part of the standard Super Sales Coach call history.

Support and communications: If you contact us, we collect the information you send, including your email address, support request, diagnostic details you choose to provide, and our correspondence with you.

Technical and usage information: We may collect device, browser, IP address, log, error, security, and service-usage information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. We use essential cookies or similar technologies for authentication and session management.

How We Use Personal Information

• Provide and operate the service, including account access, Zoom connection, call preparation, live sales coaching, and post-call recap/history.
• Personalize coaching using the business context and call context you provide.
• Authenticate users, maintain account security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Respond to support requests and communicate about service changes, security, or account administration.
• Maintain, evaluate, and improve reliability, latency, quality, and user experience.
• Comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights, safety, and security of users, meeting participants, the Company, and others.

How We Share Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use meeting content to build advertising profiles.

We may disclose personal information to service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, AI inference, communications, security, and technical operations. Current service providers used in the operation of The Super Sales Coach may include Zoom, Anthropic, and Render. These providers process information subject to their agreements with us and their applicable privacy terms.

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, investigate fraud, or enforce our agreements.

If the business is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information as necessary to perform our contract with you, based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, with your consent where required, and to comply with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and call history, meet legal or security obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Call transcripts and coaching history may remain associated with your account until they are deleted through available product controls, your account is deleted, or you submit a verified deletion request, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and recordkeeping requirements.

When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our operational and legal requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and securing the devices they use to access the service.

International Data Transfers

Our service providers and systems may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate legal mechanisms for international transfers of personal information.

Your Privacy Rights and How to Exercise Them

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a decision concerning a privacy request. You may also have the right to opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling activities. We do not sell personal information for money or use meeting content for targeted advertising.

To exercise a privacy right, email info@aigetitnow.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and describe the request and the account/email address involved. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, and we may request proof of authorization.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If you believe our response does not resolve your concern, you may have the right to appeal to us or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, attorney general, or other privacy regulator.

Children

The Super Sales Coach is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.

Third-Party Services

The service integrates with Zoom and may rely on other third-party service providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services that you choose to use outside our service.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required by law.
